I was apprehensive when the front desk receptionist charge my debit card. She was very helpful , however one of the managers the middle aged man wasn’t receptive with my concerns instead of calming me down and reassuring me. I used my credit card for the deposit but the receptionist charged it on my debit card on file.
The best thing that I like about this stay are the beds are comfortable and the older manager who was stationed in the morning was very kind. He allowed my family to get food for breakfast even if we were few minutes late.
The location was close to IKEA, which was our goal for visiting Draper. The room was comfortable and clean.
Staff was friendly and very helpful, easy to work with. Accommodations fit my needs. Currently going through a update/remodel that'll hopefully fix some things.
The breakfast location was fine, my only recommendation is that they should extend it a little later and close it around 10 or 10:30.We
