friendly staff and clean/comfortable room, Tea/coffee/soda/water available all the time. clean pool and hot tub.
Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms clean. The pool looked super inviting - but I didn't have my swimming trunks with me, so couldn't try it.
Ely is the end of the world anyway, so location does not really matter...
Staff was able to give a deduction for inability to provide a ground floor room as requested. Good tv.
Breakfast was yummy! We were impressed by the cleanliness of our room. We were a bit nervous about the crowded area right outside of our room but we weren't disturbed by any noise or smoke, so that was great! We very much enjoyed our stay and the comfy room. Thank you!
Room was very nice above the pool. Loved the comfy bed.
