It's location is excellent meaning it was in the middle of several places I needed to visit in Missoula.
The lady at friend desk was really nice and friendly
Staff were wonderful! After a bad storm, power came back on right before I checked in. Although computers, etc were impacted, front desk figured out how to register me and get key made. Air conditioning not working yet, however, but that was small inconvenience. Loved the amenities: lotion, etc. refrigerator, microwave (didn't use) and breakfast. Will be back in 3 weeks prior to early morning flight
Would stay here again just for the amazing 🛏️ Bed..I had jump to get onto it! OMG 💞
The staff was very accommodating. We originally had a first floor room and was able to move to the second floor which we felt was safer and more comfortable
