Staff were wonderful! After a bad storm, power came back on right before I checked in. Although computers, etc were impacted, front desk figured out how to register me and get key made. Air conditioning not working yet, however, but that was small inconvenience. Loved the amenities: lotion, etc. refrigerator, microwave (didn't use) and breakfast. Will be back in 3 weeks prior to early morning flight

The staff was very accommodating. We originally had a first floor room and was able to move to the second floor which we felt was safer and more comfortable

For the price point the room was comfortable and clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was close enough to where I wanted to go that I could walk downtown, but far enough away to avoid most of the noise.
