The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The TV worked better than previous stays. Front desk gal and housekeepers were very nice.
The gentleman who checked me in, I believe his name was Mr G was great! Friendly and professional. I enjoyed talking with him while he was checking me in and explaining property policy.
When we first arrived we got the key to our room and discovered that the room was open! This was surprising! Went inside and discovered that the cleaning wasn't complete. I went to the desk and explained the issue and an employee (I think she was off work?) was at the desk and jumped right in to check it out (I wish I had gotten her name!) and finished the job so sweetly. I'm sure this was a one time problem and it was handled kindly and professionally
The room was nice, the bed was amazing. I don't usually sleep well in strange places, but slept really well.
Good location for traveling. Close enough to the highway, but not too close to hear the traffic.
