The hotel cancelled my reservation because of how late i checked in. They gave me another room instead. They stated zen hotel only provided them with my name. The pictures for the hotel did not match my room. The hotel was basically horrible. They had a hard time finding a room with 2 beds which is what i paid for. The room was riddled with smoke damage. The floor was so unclean you had to walk in your shoes or your socks would be black. I paid in advance for my room thru zen hotels only to get there for them to tell me zen hotels did not show proof of payment. I called zen hotels they did not answer. I asked for a room on the 1st floor instead of accommodating my request they gave new check ins the rooms on the 1st floor. My stay at the hotel was horrible. The beds had burnt marks on the bed covers. The room looked nothing like the pictures. They told me not to smoke in the room. I smoked on the balcony. A resident and yes i said resident asked to buy a cigarette. I told them no. And so they up stairs and let their pitbull out to chase me while smoking on the balcony. This hotel is at best horrible. I have stayed at red roof inn multiple times. This was the worst location ever. There was none. Not even coffee. Horrible I made my complaints to management
