I have stayed here several times when I visit Washington DC, it is away from the busy areas and easy to get to via the Metro and a bus. There were several nearby restaurants and a CVS drug store and the bus stop was right across the street. I liked that there was a safe and s laundry area with newer washers and dryers paid with a credit or debit card.

Location, cleanliness, tidy beds, safe environment; room smells good and it was smoke free room, easy to locate, within commuting distance with the metro system in a Rockville, MD; quiet neighborhood with good eats across the street and on the same side within walking distance of red roof inn; complimentary bottled water on checkin

For the money, this was an excellent hotel. The staff was especially friendly and helpful (maids Ana and Angelina a delight), I liked the trees all around and shady parking. The bed was very comfortable and water was hot. I appreciated the security guard walking around outside all the time.

I have stayed here twice and both times everything was excellent!
