Clean and good location ..great customer service. They gave me early check in at no cost and we're very attentive to answer any questions.

The roots are immaculately clean. They must clean every nook and cranny with a q tip. Easy access from the metro stop. Economical.

The room was impeccably clean! Everything looked fresh and appeared to be recently remodeled. The TV was big and there were plenty of outlets for my various devices. Very modern.

We came for a Mets/Cubs game. Convenient and affordable location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of places around to get food/ drink. Close to the 7 line. All in walking distance. The lobby smells great and the guy that checked us in was very nice. When we first arrived to our room our TV didn't work. They quickly came to check and when they couldn't get it working they immediately switched our room. It was clean, the bed was cozy. Shower was a good size and came with shampoo/body wash. The hand soap in the bathroom had a pleasant scent. They sell water/drinks and some light snacks at the desk. Overall it was a great stay for what we came for.

Room was great. Comfortable & clean. Access to parking from the room was superb.
