Everything was excellent!I will be returning for Mardi Gras
The hotel was very welcoming. From the staff, scented lobby, refreshing water, the lounges, the restaurant and patio. The room was clean and the location of the hotel was perfect for walking to events we planned to attend.
The hotel was perfectly located near the French Quarter that you could walk to it. Also near some good local restaurants. Love the hotel environment and staff
The staff was very nice and friendly. The facility was beautiful, king size bed was comfortable. The location was great and walking distance for most of the New Orleans attraction. We will definitely be booking with Renaissance again!
A total of 20 of us stayed at the hotel and the service was outstanding. The hotel is down the street from Bourbon St. We were in walking distance from everything. The location, staff and overall atmosphere was outstanding!! I would absolutely stay there again and again.
