Breakfast was awesome. Thanks!! We had things to do in Gloucester and in Boston so the location was excellent. The staff were great. They were friendly and respectful and easy to work with. We had an issue with the tv and it was taken care of immediately. There was an issue with the toilet but we figured it out. So others are aware when you flush the toilet you have to make sure you pull the lever back up manually or the water will keep running. Room 511.
The bed’s are extremely comfortable. The sitting area was lovely as well! The breakfast was also very good. Most importantly, the staff was pleasant and very helpful.
They were super friendly and the room was excellent!
The attention was great! The lady behind the counter was very kind and helped us with translation because our English is not very accurate, she gave us advice about how to get Salem :)
