We ate breakfast across the street on Tuesday and at another restaurant, .5 miles walking from the hotel. Great food. We ate dinner out on Monday night and walked to a nearby restaurant called Hodads on Tuesday night. We had ice cream at a wonderful place about a block away. Residence Inn is in a great location.
Location, staff friendliness, kitchen amenities, free breakfast
Great stay! Breakfast was delicious and the fitness center was spotless. Despite that, I'll definitely return - location was perfect and staff were super friendly.
Liked the location was in a good area with alot of restaurants and shops. Was also very cool to see the Padres stadium from there. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was the bar had odd hours . Couldn't get a cocktail. But would definitely stay again.
Big, comfortable room with all the amenities...refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kitchen area. Above all, though, the location is excellent...walking distance from bars, restaurants, concert venues, etc.
