Classic, timeless atmosphere. Very quiet rooms with comfortable bed. Room is large. Neland at the front desk was extremely helpful with directions and the best ways to see certain attractions around town. Loved the parking situation.
I made a mistake and booked the wrong day and they still looked out for me
Great location on quiet Mud Island, but close to downtown, Beale Street and other sites. Excellent food at Paulette’s and drinks at the top floor Terrace Bar overlooking the Mississippi. Staff was friendly and professional.
Wonderful quite beautiful location. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay again.
There is nowhere else I would stay in Memphis. This small European-style hotel was a relief to return to after visiting the sites in downtown Memphis. The room was not large, but very clean and comfortable. Parking was easy. The neighborhood was very pretty and calm. Breakfast is included so we ate breakfast there every morning. It's not a buffet, we chose off the menu and our server was delightful. Actually, all of the staff that we encountered were friendly and professional.
