Lovely location next to a fast flowing mountain river. The building is log built. Our apartment was on the top floor at one end. Rocking chairs, a table, and a ceiling fan on the balcony were a nice touch. The lounge/kitchen area was plenty big enough for two. The bathroom had a big bathtub with jets. There are ceiling fans on the bedroom and lounge.
Cozy, relaxing retreat with a beautiful mountain stream.
It is a wonderful blend of simpler times and the comfort of today.
Very nicely equipped, Wendy was very accommodating and super friendly.
The room was wonderful! Nice and comfortable and cozy. The balcony overlooking the river was excellent. Very convenient to everything in Townsend. We didn’t have to deal with all the people and traffic in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, although it was just a short drive to both.
location was great with the exception of the proximity to the highway. it was nice to be by the river.
