It is just a cheerful happy place. Very clean. Awesome location on the river. Put your lawn chairs in the river after a long hike and your legs & feet will be ready for the next day. Very homie had everything we needed. Firepit was a plus. Will definitely be back. There a restaurant/bar on site as well. Which is great if you don't want to leave!

Everything about the property is perfect! It’s located near all the activities and restaurants in town. It’s cozy and fun if you just want to relax by the riverfront, enjoy the pub on the property, or swing in the hammock there’s tons to do.

Right on the River and able to walk into the River. (Picture below as the river, which was very shallow and nice for wading). Apartment was above an eatery which had pretty good food and drinks you could carry out with an arranged discount. This was a quiet location on the "peaceful" side of the smokies. If you don't like the traffic and bustle of Gatlinburg but love to be able to drive there within 30 minutes going through the Great Smoky Mt National Park, this is for you! Personally I love being by the river and going into the park for nature reasons, which is why I chose it. They had a nice fire pit and grill and outside seating. I would also recommend Good Vibes for breakfast was within half mile walk and also was on the river with very nice waiting staff. I was also doing a work event in nearby Maryville which was a 20 minute drive. Knoxville is also not far away if you want a nice dinner or shopping in the big city.

Super comfy and clean. Easy access with no steep hills to get to your apartment. Beautiful and serene by the river.

The location is great. The accomodations are very homey and comfortable.
