There was no breakfast. Office area small but there was coffee pods. Room recently remodeled but we suggested painting interior bath door before ruined, longer shower curtain because water west floor excessively and foundation floor on step down getting soft already. May outside door to catch show dirt before grinding into new floors and to help with cleaning.

The room was a good value in a great location. A lobster restaurant on one side of us and a BBQ place across the street and down a bit on the other side of us. The Free Islander bus had a stop across the street at the Bar Harbor campground and made it easy to visit Bar Harbor without having to drive. The staff was very friendly.

Good drinking water from the tap, excellent water temperature and pressure in the shower.

Its very clean, the staff is very nice and willing to help you! 9min away from town, I do not recommend this place its you have kids. And the restaurant next to then is very good and the blueberry ice cream is one of the best I tried in my life

Room was very clean and comfortable, front desk employee very polite, friendly, and helpful. Conveniently located, will definitely visit again.
