The price, the staff was very kind. They are always very sweet. Housekeeping could definitely step it up a bit more and put fresh towels in the rooms. Twice we have checked in and there wasn't any fresh towels.
Location and price. Close to many restaurants and stores to shop at.
I love the shower & they have great water pressure.
