My showers handle stripped out. Within minutes of reporting the incident maintenance was in my room and the issue was remedied within minutes. The GM and maintenance went above and beyond expectations.
Everything was wonderful everything was clean I was amazed and grateful thank you for a wonderful stay I will be coming back soon have a good night have a good day.
