Information about the type of meals included in the price is indicated in the rate details., In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities. A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. **Know Before You Go** Check in is guaranteed, by appointment, from 1 pm to 7 pm free of charge. All the late check in requests have to be previously approved by the property. The latest check in possible is 11pm.After 11pm nobody will come to take you and you will have the apartment the following morning (after 11am) without any refund. There is no a reception in the property. So, hotel need to know in advance your arrival time and the way of transfer guests will use to be able to arrange a meeting time and point for keys.  It is forbidden to smoke in the entire house, every transgression will make you loose the entire deposit. All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.
