Great location right on the beach. The apartment itself while comfortable was showing it's age. The showers had been updated but the sink and the rest of the bath had not. Old counters in kitchen and bath, slow toilets and worn floors. There was also a very offensive odor in the elevator that never left our entire stay. Thete is no gym on the property. On a positive note, the furniture was comfortable, there's a roku TV in family room and cable in master bath. The apartment is very spacious. We never felt cramped.
Room was spacious with a great view of the beach.
