No issues or surprises during our stay, everything was as described in the listing. Easy access with mobile app to get into the house and keypad to get into the room. Basic and comfortable room very close to shared bath and kitchenette with a small table and loveseat. This is the only living space we had access to outside the bedroom, it's small but cozy, fine for low-maintenance light travelers like us. There were no other guests and the owner was away (they were reachable by text message and responsive) so we had a quiet stay with no in-person interaction. Positive experience all-around.
