I chose this location for its proximity to the Menil Collection and Rothko chapel. They are must-sees in Houston. The apartment is very well-furnished. I loved having a washer and dryer as I had been traveling for weeks by the time that I arrived and needed to do laundry. I loved the location as I could walk to many great restaurants (like the Toasted Coconut) and one of my favorite cafes (Black Hole Cafe). The apartment was very comfortable and had lots of drawers and a closet (could possibly use more hangers, though).
Great location. The place had all the amenities that I needed. The neighborhood is quite safe and easy to walk around. There was a grocery store within walking distance (15 mins or so).
EVERYTHING! Hands down. This was my first time in Houston and it was great ! Place was next to everything, no more than 15 mins away. The actual tenants was amazing as well
It was really clean, nice decoration. Spacious one bedroom apartment fully equiped! Great location, next to amazing neighbourhood to walk under the great trees in the museum area. The neighbouhood is lively and good restaurants and boutiques nearby. Could not have asked for better appartment area!!
I can’t say enough nice things about this place and the staff! The unit, location, and people - all fantastic! I had mentioned to the staff a couple minor issues, and they took care of them right away. The bed and sofa were comfortable, and I felt very safe. I slept like a baby, even on Saturday nights when folks were out and about past my bedtime lol! Tons of storage and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook, bake, or microwave a meal. Parking is also very well-lit and has cameras. I appreciated being on the ground floor. Walking distance to good food and so much art, I didn’t even get to experience it all as I did have to work (and wifi was fast and reliable during work hours thankfully). I will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Houston. Oh yeah, there’s HBO Max!
