The doormen and valets. All the staff were so friendly.
The location was perfect for the reason we needed to be in California. The staff was excellent all around, from the time you step out of the car from the airport to the time we left to return to the airport.
The Restruants there were very nice.
I appreciated the “house car” that was able to provide us to the medical appointments we needed to be at.
Hallways were like a maze. Need more signage to find elevator. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff great.
