Great Hotel 2nd time there in 2 months! Love the whole Vibe! Great Location!
We always stay here when in Buffalo. A step above most other hotels in the area. Classy. Terrific restaurant and good complimentary breakfast.
The staff was amazing. The woman at breakfast was great. Our room attendant was excellent. The front desk personnel were helpful when needed.
I liked the hospitality and facilities. Breakfast was awesome.
All staff was extremely professional, friendly and caring. Lobby, bar , breakfast and shuttle folks made me feel welcome. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. I had eaten a few times at Russ', always a fantastic experience, hotel stay was same. Came to my rescue that nite got stuck in Buffalo, and frankly glad the other "big name" hotels were booked on June 28. I had a great meal at the bar, Ashley was courteous and made a great martini. Lots of fresh-CLEAN towels, keurig in room and provided toiletries very nice surprise. Thank you for being my "Oasis" on a very disrupted business travel journey.
