We were familiar with the area and the beach was clean. People are laid back and friendly. The owner was in contact before the stay. All information was sent the day before.
Location, Location, Location. For a stay right on the beach, you can't beat Sandcastle Resort. The check in instructions were clear and thorough.
Don't let the eclectic dishes and 1970's style bedding fool you. It is cozy, like staying at Grandma's house. Most importantly though, the unit is clean.
We will definitely be back.
Proximity to the beach, the abundance of beach equipment available to use, property was secure, and property was close to restaurants and grocery.
EVERYTHING. Hands down, this is the best spot I've ever stayed at anywhere in all my travels. Wonderful view of the ocean. The beds felt like home. And there was a ton of extra stuff that we could use, such as beach towels, beach chairs, laundry soap, etc. Anything you could think of (or forget) was there.
It was a clean, comfortable, and roomy condo with a beautiful ocean view. Any time I contacted the owner, he promptly replied.
