We really like the location of Sea Colony and the town of Bethany. The fitness center was just about 1 block up the road from the unit. This unit had some items to use, such as beach chairs and a bike. There were some books to read for a rainy day. We didn't use them but it was nice to have if needed. The sofa in the living area is now navy blue and nicer looking than in the photo.
Very clean. Very comfortable. All the amenities in the house. A very nice space for holidays
