The girl at the front desk in the morning, I think she's younger, Tanisha or something, she was very rude. But everyone else was great!

Incredible view - ocean breezes and sound of the ocean at night was wonderful. Location was amazing - right at the San Clemente pier and a great coffee shop directly below. The balcony, comfy chairs, table and umbrella were delightful.

This hotel has a couple of buildings and is right across the street from the beach, pier, and beach trail. Our suite was large, clean, and comfortable. We used the kitchen a couple of times, but you can also walk to the town center (less than a mile) or just downstairs for restaurants. San Clemente is just a huge safe residential neighborhood that is a bit hilly but, if you’re fit, easily walkable. We had our own parking spot behind the hotel. We loved it.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Our oceanview room was AMAZING. We practically lived on the Balcony. Fisherman's Restaurant is right across the street. There are also several restaurants right below the hotel, plus two coffee shops! Having a kitchen in our unit was a Bonus. We could walk (uphill) to shops and restaurants. Hearing the waves crash was ideal.

The view of the pier from windows was nice also bed was very comfortable.
