Location, spacious, gift shops and restaurants close by. Beach and pier walking distance. Overall a great stay and would stay again. Staff very nice and accommodating to needs. Full kitchen with toaster, coffee pot, blender and utensils, pots, pans,etc. Washer/dryer in room.

The property is clean, well kept and felt very safe. Lovely front desk staff and maintenance is super efficient if you have a problem. Our apartment was so clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Loved the convenience of the in unit washer dryer and the elevator

Location, walking distance beach, and very short driving to shop, and locate different eating establishments

We loved the area and the people. We have never really stayed in a marsh. It was cool. Loved to watch the water go in and out.
