This unit was completely furnished. Fridge even has an ice maker. Unit is located across the street from the public beach access, so it was easy enough to walk over. We did spend some time in the pool, and it was very nice too. Nice and quiet neighborhood. There are chairs on the porch area, and we were able to sit outside and enjoy the breeze. All in all, a really nice place to stay.
