Excellent in every way! This is the best hotel tonstay. Perfect location best service and no rats/mouse, which is a plus for New Orleans lol.

Sheraton is always the best choice.

Location was great. The staff was very helpful. We never waited more than 30 seconds for an elevator, it was great compared to other hotels. The valet was great. Enjoyed everything about this hotel.

The bar area is always my family's favorite spot to meet, eat, and drink.

The speed of the elevators is second to none.

I like that after a certain time, you had to show your room key to security.

This is a great location. You are within walking distance from everything; Bourbon street, Canal street. Walked to the convention center within 15 minutes; casual pace. Uber to airport was only $27 dollars.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Quick walk to Bourbon St. and Frenchmen Quarter. Lots of good food spots in the area and there’s a coffee/beignet spot next door, as well as a Starbucks within the building.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The building was very secure. Security quickly noticed when some street sellers entered the building and started trying to scam people into buying roses. They resolved the issue promptly and I felt safe the whole time.
