Extremely friendly staff ready to be part of your Hawaii fun holiday. They want to ensure your happiness! You feel it in their bones. The location is excellent. The property is getting a facelift. Be patient.
The hotel itself is located in the perfect location to walk to the beach, shopping, most restaurants and to many hiking trails. The renovated Aiulani tower is very comfortable and nicely appointed. We felt safe and the lobby gives the perfect Hawaiian vibe.
The location is central to the Waikiki strip and easy access to the beaches
Excellent location for surfing, eating and shopping! We love our high floor room and the view of Queens Beach and mountain/city view!
I stayed on the Tower’s 22nd floor. I had a gorgeous view of the ocean & the pool. The lanai was wonderful to sit on. I enjoyed the pool area & the splash bar for morning delicious muffins, dinner & breakfast. Very nice indoor seating area with the soft outdoor breezes. Many activities were available. The staff was wonderful as I arrived late due to flight issues & my baggage was sent the following afternoon. Highly recommend. Thank you.
