Shuttle service was a wonderful bonus! Very comfortable and convenient with helpful staff.
Room was clean and well provisioned. Staff were very helpful. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Although a bit far from central Reston, location is nice and quiet, and hotel offers a shuttle service to the metro station with friendly and service-oriented drivers. There is a convenient 7-Eleven close by with gas. Reception is exceptional with attentive and courteous staff.
Cleanliness and easy access to public transportation, via hotel shuttle.
I live in Reston and actually booked Sheraton Reston for my friend who was visiting Reston from Seattle to attend an event and also meet with me. My friend and his son enjoyed the trip and the stay at Sheraton Reston
