Location, clean and friendly staff!
A bit dated but well maintained and clean.
Breakfast is simple continental offerings. That works
Would have been nice to have coffee in the room or lobby - just saying.

Price, comfort, clean, better than average breakfast
The bed was good and the pillows very nice. The refrigerator was better than other hotels. It had a separate freezer, was already on when we got there, and it was large enough to fit all of our travel food. The room was large enough to be comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was happy to answer our questions and were very welcoming.
The breakfast was great.l! I had oj, a bagel and scrambled eggs.
