Hotel super sympa dans une jolie petite ville, rien a redire
The location was great and the room really nice. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Huge bathroom with a spa bath. The free wine in the evening a really special bonus.
Sheryl sp?) at the desk was outstanding. She tracked for a room freeing up, found one and called me immediately. By then I had found something. But nothing beats an offer to help and then someone putting themselves to do it! A class act.
Ample outdoor seating with tables/chairs/umbrellas. Well stocked continental breakfast open and ready at 6 a.m.! Coffee available 24/7 via machine. Lots of parking space. Friendly desk staff. Comfortable bed and linens.
My check-in was wonderful because of Kai: she is lovely, and was so helpful in providing dinner options. The day staff was also great.
Wasn't expecting the wine and welcome hour, so that was fun, and the wine was one that I usually buy, a great choice.
Loved my room, esp. the bathroom. I appreciated the window and in-wall heater. I also coveted the hand towels!
