The room was cleaner than any hotel I have stayed in. The bed was VERY comfortable! It was walking distance to restaurants and a Veterans Memorial. The hotel was extremely quiet.

The property was perfect. Clean, convenient location and VERY accommodating. Plan on staying every time I’m in town for work

This is my second time staying here this year and I was pleased to see Rancho Vista continues to deliver on excellence when it comes to accommodation. From the style of the interior, secure location, easy parking, walking distance to cafe's and shops to very responsive and welcoming hosts. Vista is an up and coming area, only 20 minutes from Oceanside and the beach and conveniently located to all amenities. The hotel is very modern and unassuming in appearance on the outside, yet when you enter the premises and the rooms you realise you have stumbled onto a gorgeous and beautifully decorated secret abode. Definitely worth a stay!

It is located in a nice and quiet area in the part of downtown Vista that has been renewed. Walking distance to cafe and restaurants. Exceptionally clean apartment. I love how they have remodelled this building, you can tell they did this to a very high standard. As a solo traveller from Australia, I felt very safe given the security code for both the lobby and your apartment and the gated parking. Very responsive host, like within minutes responded to any questions I had. This is what all aparthotel needs to look and feel like. Value for money, cheaper than staying in Oceanside but only a 20 min drive from beach. I hope they continue to maintain this property at this high level because its truly a gem and I would definitely stay here again.
