And the front desk we are always welcomed immediately.
So close to everything, very nice staff and helpful. We had a jacuzzi in our room that didn’t work, besides that it was a wonderful experience for me and my son!

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Staff was all wonderful.
I love the staff they were all super helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean. We like to stay in a room with a patio because the door leads straight to the sidewalk. It's not a bad walk to get to anything you need in Gatlinburg. For the price you pay you can't beat it. We stay here every time we come to Gatlinburg. The free breakfast is great and having an indoor pool makes it very nice for the colder seasons. We celebrated our little girls second birthday here and they allowed us to do a mini party with my mom and grandma(we are locals so they just showed up for a couple of hours). It was an awesome stay as always!
