Location, right in front of the beach. Ocean drive rd is full of restaurants and the night life. The lady who cleaned our room before check-in did an amazing job! Smelled and looked great! We had wifi and TV, AC worked. There is a shared washer and dryer closes at 8pm. It is helpful to have

The location was perfect and easy to access. Very accommodating with early check-in and check-out time and I love that a lot. Being near everything and very close to the beach was the best thing ever. Love there's a laundry room on site. This is my second stay here and this time around was better than the first.

Easy access upon arrival to property. It was easy to find and discounted parking was only a block away at the 7th street parking garage. The owner was easy to work with. I easily extended my stay. This location was a steal for the price we received a 3 bedroom for. Middle room has bunkbeds for families. The Other 2 rooms had queen size beds. Overall the condo was equipped with proper dishes and cooking supplies. Great stay and i frequently visit Miami.
