Clean, comfortable bed & pillow. Has all the basic necessities. Good value.

There is enough light in every "room" - in the kitchen, in the bedroom, at the office (light room is important for me)
Perfect location across from the hotel my conference was at. Much quieter than a hotel! Comfortable, attractive room, and a comfortable little garden outside seating area. It was so nice having a little kitchen area, too. They provided free grubHub delivery, which was also really nice. The Dupont area this was in is very historic and pretty, nice to just walk around, and it felt quite safe.
Loved the hulu and netflix access, and having a breakfast table. Wifi worked well. location was great for my purposes, about a 15 minute walk from Dupont Circle.
