Excellent location in Capitol Hill. Easy check in. Room was very comfortable with great amenities. They even have bike storage! My only qualm was being on the 6th floor without an elevator, but hey, it was good for my glutes!

The location can’t be beat and the building itself is really cool. I also loved not having a room key and using a code to enter the building and my room.

Honestly, as an LGBTQ+ community member, the location was the greatest part about this hotel. We loved being in walking distance to so many LGBTQ friendly businesses/bars/restaurants. Convenient walks to the Train, buses, and downtown. Check-in was easy as we did the pre-check-in prior to arrival. We got our access codes early and had no issues accessing the hotel or our room after we arrived after midnight using the codes for the front door and our room. I did chat about a question and received a timely and professional response. We loved the Italian shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower (no bad ingredients like American products). We didn't use them, but we liked that they had a few luggage storage lockers. I also like that they had water stations and toiletry refill stations on every floor. The common room on the first level was also very nice.

It was clean and had just the right amount of amenities to supplement my 4 night stay. Staff was helpful and easy to reach when I had a technical challenge with the tv. I found the building safe and cheery, and the room to be spacious and comfortable enough for relaxing between activities.
