Great hotel in south beach. We loved our stay at the Sonder. It was in a great location and had a great pool and lounge area. We would stay here again.

I was skeptical that the place would be nice for the low price that I paid. Oh well, I was pleasantly surprised! It was clean, spacious and I got to enjoy all the amenities it offered, including the nice outdoor pool. The staff was very helpful with the check-in process, for which I had to create an account online, but did not work. Overall, I had a great time!

Perfect location! Just a 5-minute walk from the beach and close to markets, restaurants, and bars. The room was comfortable. I didn't have the chance to enjoy it, but the swimming pool looked great.

Close to beach, very artsy deco and inviting, road noise very minimal. It’s in the heart of So Beach. The reviewers who complain about noise were probably in Miami Beach during late Feb-Mar Spring break. The facility was fully occupied and no loud partying people. It is definitely skewed toward younger, attractive crowd but as a retiree or family, you won’t feel out of place. Parking is $20/day, at adjacent G2 parking garage, where Miami Police Dept is located. Overall, it is my favorite hotel and location in Miami Beach area after staying in various spots a dozen times. It’s only a block from a dozen restaurants and bars and 2 blocks from south beach sand and boardwalk. Room pricing is good. The pool is lovely, large palm trees provide 50% shade, nice furnishings and landscaping. The common outdoor area is huge, obviously due to its age. This is an advantage over the bigger high rise places. The place was completely renovated and nice inside. A/C worked great.
