I like everything about this Hotel. When I'm in Phoenix, which is 3 or 4 times a year, I stay here.
You can use your security deposit for breakfast and food in the cafe
I like that the property is nestled behind businesses for a little more privacy from the main road, although it is a little close to I10 you cannot hear traffic. The rooms are setup to maximize space and I like that the bathroom sink is not in the same enclosed space as the toilet and shower.
It was very clean. Best Sonesta ever! and the staff were very approachable. Salute To Tim! for being a very accommodating staff as well. thanks for your assistance. The OS is also excellent she knew her Job!
The staff is very attentive to all of your needs and concerns. Also the location of the hotel is in a very safe and convenient area.
