The best staff, they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and more. They listen I never experienced anything like it. I was born and raised in Boston. I cried like a baby having to leave my family. But this hotel made me cry more now. Every hotel isn't perfect. I mean, we all need a little tiny. Touch-ups and that's what I think. But what they do is make the best out of everything. You will not be disappointed in any way shape or form. You will sleep comfortably. You will have a comfortable bed. You will have a clean room. You will have whatever you need and that's the truth. They make everything so convenient even at the most hardest time of my life grieving.I cannot recommend more.And I've stayed all over the United States and you.Thank you sonosta braintree massachusetts to chooses lori anderson my room was number 420
Having a kitchenette was a huge plus. Staff was very friendly.. liked the recliner. While the AC was noisy, it was no different than the units many Hyatt hotels have
The staff was nice and the room was so clean and nice !
Staff very accommodating, we needed an early check in. We prefer to a kitchen to facilitate heating up food or simple cooking of meals. This hotel provided a great atmosphere for that. Close to restaurants and shopping.
The desk clerks were very helpful and courteous. Asked for additional blankets they were provided.
