Staff was amazing!! We had an emergency and they accommodated us expertly
Food was excellent, Canteen in the lobby was very convenient, especially late at night.
The staff were very helpful and eager to please. Some more than others but overall, very accommodating.
Pool was very clean and nice to have.
The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable with a small refrigerator and coffee machine in the room.
The beds were very comfortable and supportive.
The location is great as it is within walking distance to many desirable restaurants and the Westchester Mall etc.
The guy behind the desk was very friendly and check in was easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing is they charge you for every little thing (parking/coffee/tea) understandable for a nice hotel though. Room service was fast and the food was good but there were many added fees (service fee/delivery fee/12% mandatory gratuity) also tipped on top because I was confused but it’s ok. Other than the extra fees for everything it was a wonderful stay and super clean which we really appreciate.

This is, by far, one of the best hotels I've ever visited. It is exceptional in every way. It was my second stay.
