Excellent experience at this hostal! I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from the team. In particular, Tolu at the front desk was very friendly and efficient in resolving my requests. His positive attitude and contagious smile made my stay even more enjoyable. But what really impressed me was the personalized attention from the manager, Elias. He took the time to ensure everything was okay and made sure my needs were met. His leadership and dedication to quality service are evident in every detail. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends and family. Availability to get in and out anytime always with the support on the front. Graziella make sure to give us the best advices and recommendations around the area and also always show put herself up to help whatever we need.

In general I liked the place and I’m willing to be back there. Small suggestions are only for improvement, otherwise I must say it was a really cozy place. Especially the personnel was kind and helpful. I liked Abel, the Mexican guy, and Elias, the Argentine. They helped to organize local excursions and gave advice when necessary. The location was perfect and I don’t find another low-budget site with such a convenient location there. All possible difficulties were well-balanced by the performance of the personnel that was really kind and helpful. I liked the atmosphere, it was a kind of bohemian style, super nice:).
