The ambiance, the antiques, the stories Pat told about it all were AMAZING.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at South Broadway Manor! The accommodations were incredibly beautiful, as well as comfortable, providing the perfect mix of charm and modern convenience. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed Pat the owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her graciousness and attention to detail really made the experience stand out. It’s clear that she puts a lot of love and care into this place. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a cozy welcoming getaway.

The property is absolutely gorgeous.! The room was very clean and cozy. Love all the details to make it feel like home. Breakfast in the amazing dining room was so good. Pat was so sweet and the tour of the mansion was great! We will definitely make this our normal stopping point as we are making our trips to Virginia!

Lovely historic B&B in a rural setting near Pittsburgh. Proprietor, Pat, arrived to welcome us and give us the lay of the land after easy self check-in. As we were going to miss breakfast the next morning, she had left us delicious seasonal fruit cups for the morning, as well as homemade cookies. Accommodations were 2-bedroom apartment in the Guesthouse and were both spacious and comfortable. Pat was very responsive to our pre-arrival questions, and provided helpful tips for restaurants in local area.
