This property is always clean, outside and inside. It smells wonderful in the lobby! The water pressure is perfect. Not noisy at all. Everyone was courteous and helpful! Check in and check out was a breeze.
Very close to everything in Birmingham. Very clean property and rooms were very nice and new feeling.
The bathroom was a little dirty but other than that pretty good!

The ladies at the front desk were excellent. Check in was so easy. Booked 2 rooms and they made sure that our rooms were right across from each other. Also, my 2 year old Granddaughter ran out of milk, and they got milk from the kitchen so my daughter didn't have to try to find a store late at night. We will definitely be staying here again!
