The cleanliness and the staff was super welcoming and helpful

First time at a Springhill Suites and will definitely choose one again. Large rooms with good amenities like nice towels, plenty of pillows, a separate desk and a countertop above fridge. Staff at Tallahassee were welcoming, responsive and helpful. Our first night the TV wasn't working well and when we went to the front desk they gave us a new remote- problem solved. Also had a malfunctioning fridge and told the front desk in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon a new fridge was in its place. So often you feel like if you report an issue at a property nothing happens but they were definitely on top of things! Breakfast offerings were also above average- real eggs, turkey sausage, oatmeal, quiche and waffles(on the weekend) and appreciated!

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and you could barely here the people next door or in the hallway.
