Beautiful hotel, great location snd nice staff Nothing

Beste Hotel von Venedig!

The hotel was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

We loved our stay at Splendid Venice! It was in a great location - right between Rialto Bridge and Saint Mark's Square. The room was a nice size. We had a corner room which gave us 2 different street views! The hotel is on a canal so we were able to water taxi to and from the hotel with our luggage. We saw people walking through the streets with their luggage and gps on their phone trying to find their hotel. We were so thankful we didn't have to do that! The staff was great! Daniel in the bar was very friendly and made some great drinks. We ate breakfast there once and was really nice. We had room service one morning with a card they left in the room the night before. We filled it out with the time we wanted our food and hung it on the door. They were right on time! Was great to have breakfast in bed while we listened to the sounds on the street! I would definitely stay here again! I really don't have anything to negative to say and I have always worked in customer service and usually can come up with something! We very much enjoyed this hotel!
