the apartment was laid out nicely it was very cozy and clean excellent value for great location had tv in the living room and one in the bedroom kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals loved going out and sitting on the dock watching boats go by felt very safe at this location the host monica is so nice and easy to communicate with she responds back within a timely manner loved the free parking that is very rare in the area usually you have to pay for parking so for us this was a big plus loved that you can walk across the street and be at the ocean and broadwalk we come to hollywood beach every year and this was our best stay yet

wonderful location, we sat on the dock at the apartment and watched boats and wildlife. A manatee spent half of the day right by the dock. Easy walk to the beach, the area right there is in the heart of all the boardwalk activities. Fairly quiet for being in the city.

It was a great location, I was able to have a cup of coffee and relax in the morning before heading out to my meetings. In the evening after I was done with my day I sat on the Doc watching boaters while I completed my work from the day.

The location was great. Nice outside area and central for everywhere.
