I like that help was available through email or call. The person in charge of the condo was prompt at answering my questions. The code to the door made it easy since I didn’t have to worry about losing my card. The room smell great as soon as we enter which was a huge plus. The refund was returned quickly. The place looks clean for the most part. Parking had someone at the gate 24/7 letting people through only after verifying their stay.
