Отель находится ,,в самой гуще’’исторических достопримечательностей прекрасной Флоренции.
Номер убирают ежедневно, нареканий нет.
Об этом хочется написать подробно.1)У нас был забронирован номер полулюкс, нам дали номер 21.В номере не было ни стаканов, ни бокалов, ни открывалки для бутылок, но при этом в мини баре было вино и пиво.2)Мы попросили гладильную доску и утюг, нам ответили, что в целях безопасности в отеле (4 звёзды)не предоставляют данную услугу,но за отдельную плату вам в отеле погладят все необходимое.3)С 5 часов утра на улице, под окнами номера,начинают вывозить мусорные контейнеры, а следом приезжают машины, которые убирают улицу.Прощай сон!!!Утром мы сообщили об этом администратору, он ответил, что знает об этой проблеме и предложил поменять номер……. на стандарт, без возврата разницы в цене.Мы вынужденно согласились,т.к. не спать четыре ночи невозможно.При выезде из отеля необходимо оплатить городской налог(4.9 евро с человека за ночь).Мы попросили не брать его с нас, а оплатить отелю из разницы в цене номера, но,УВЫ!Вывод:больше в этот отель мы не приедим.Очень плохо!!!
Расположение отеля отличное. Большой номер. Чистота.
