Property was nice and quiet. Very clean, comfortable bed and room, regular sized refrigerator with freezer, 2burner glass counter top stove.
Considering this motel is still under renovation, we booked a room ahead of hurricane Beryl, because it terrifies me. The room was spotless and new, had a small kitchen. This hotel was the only one in the area that remained with electricity after the storm. My son and daughter in law called me asking for a room, and bonus, they got a room right next door, with their brand new premie baby. I am grateful the property was here in our time of need. I did notice they went from$58 to $90 the next day which I didn't care for, but rooms were in huge demand.It will be nice when it's finished with the upgrade. It used to be known as a black mark on the town.
The rooms are nice. Little kitchens, comfortable bedding. Only recommendationwould be to put some seating in rooms...
